What we collect

When you send the form or text us, we receive your name, phone number, the unit or address, the check-in date and your message. Photos you text us come with it. The website may also record basic visit information, such as the pages viewed, to keep it working.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, plan the visit, send a written price and keep a record of the work. We do not sell your information or give it to advertisers.

Who sees it

The scheduler and the plumber on your visit. If you ask us to text a cleaner or manager, we share the visit window with that person.

Texting

Texts go through your phone carrier, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text and we stop texting that number.

Your choices

Ask us to correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing hello@celestinplumbing.com or texting (850) 555-0103. We keep records of completed work as long as the law or the job requires.
